Alright, this past week I’ve posted a number of easy (and not so easy) things you can do to help save the Earth, support human rights or make your consumption more ethical. I’ve gathered them here for your easy reference:
- E-mail the Victorian Minister for Transport - tell him to get our public transport back on track. Time commitment: low
- Make the switch to CFL and cut your emissions. Time committment: medium
- Recycle your old books by swapping them over the internet. Time committment: low-medium
- Recycle your old computer at Melbourne University for free on the 14th of October. Time commitment: medium
- Get involved with The Bean and start educating Melbourne about the issues. Time commitment: high
- Email mobile phone makers about the Congo tell them to stop buying metals from war zones. Time committment: medium
