Insane news from the UK, America thinks it can kidnap British citizens if they are wanted for crimes in the US. Understatement of the year: “The United States does have a view about procuring people to its own shores which is not shared.”

Bromide poisoning in Angola

The BBC reports about a horrible outbreak of bromide poisoning in Angola. More than 400 victims have been identified and WHO believes it is linked to contaminated salt - probably from the local oil industry or rubbish dump.
